1.) In case of Branded items, all warranties, after sales service and maintenance of items will be subject to the condition of the original manufacturer or owner of the brand. In case of any defect or claim it may be lodged on them thru us but we shall not be responsible for any claim.

4.) Delivery attempt is made only once for perishable Items like Flowers, Cakes, Fruits ,Cooked Foods , Sweets ,fish,meat,vegetablesetc. In circumstances like : address is incorrect /addressee not available / refusal to accept, the customer will be charged for the order.   

5.) If any non perishable product is not available readily, the customer will be informed about it thru email. And we shall courier the gift to be delivered ASAP. Banglalive.com shall not be responsible for any delay in such circumstances out of its control.      

6.) Since flower arrangement, cakes, fruit baskets cooked food are  hand made and subject to regional / local taste , there may be a slight variation from the picture shown .Availability of particular flower or other item may also lead to the change of composition of arrangement. However we try our best to deliver the products as per the image.

7.) If any perishable product of particular brand is not available in the city , a similar best quality product , nearest to the item ordered will be delivered.   

8.) In case of any complaint against the quality of product we shall redeliver the product subject to satisfaction of recipient. Refund can also be made depending on nature of complaint and any decision to refund and redelivery is sole prerogative of the owner of the website.   

9.) All the courier items are dispatched thru India's Best Courier Service in India. “TNT” and "BLUE DART". So Banglalive.com will not be responsible if any item is not delivered in time.   

10.) In case a customer wants to cancel an order 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.

11).In case of any order delayed due to Late Credit Card Processing or any extraordinary circumstances, it may be delivered at the next available date with a notice to you but without getting your specific confirmation to this effect. Furthermore please note that we deliver all orders between 9 am.to 6pm. and we do not guarantee delivery at a particular time or between a time frame mentioned by any customer in the order. Any request made by any customer will be tried to be implemented but may not be adhered to and we reserve the right to deliver the order anytime between 9 am. to 6 pm. A customer can not cancel any order or ask for a refund or refuse to pay on the ground of non-delivery within a time frame.We however,do assure delivery on the recorded date.

Orders for cooked food will be delivered between 12.30 pm – 3.15 pm depending upon the distance and for dinner between 8 pm – 10.30 pm also depending upon the distance.

14. The delivered item for the product categories 'Watches' and 'Apparels' may/ may not be exact replica of the images shown on the website (depending on the availability of the ordered gift item). Hence in such a case the delivered gift item for these 2 product categories (i.e. Watches and Apparels) shall be similar/ close-replica to the image shown for the ordered gift item.

15. For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Mariage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.

16. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.

17. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

Hotel

• Full address of the hotel.
• Room No. 
• Telephone number of the hotel.
• Name of Tour company, if applicable.

Hospital

• Full address of the hospital.
• Ward number or name.
• Home address of recipient with phone number.

18. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

19. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed.  If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

20. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description will be delivered. Also, conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail before the delivery of the order.

21. The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired.
 
22. If ordered flowers / cake /sweets / chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers / cake /sweets of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value.  

23. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
